The Mastermind Inner Circle™ is an exclusive small group 12-week leadership advisory experience designed for senior leaders, executives, and business owners who are responsible for high-level decisions, leading teams, and navigating complex organizational environments. This experience is not a traditional course or coaching program. It is a structured leadership advisory experience where members work through real leadership situations, decisions, and challenges in a confidential executive roundtable environment.
The purpose of the Mastermind Inner Circle™ is to provide leaders with a confidential leadership advisory environment where they can think more strategically, make better decisions, strengthen their leadership confidence, and position themselves for higher levels of leadership.
Throughout the 12-week experience, members follow a structured leadership development process:

L.E.A.P. Strategy Call™ (Leadership Elevation & Alignment Plan)

A pre-program identity alignment call to clarify strengths, challenges, focus areas, and set your personalized executive growth strategy.
Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Effectiveness Assessment
You will complete a professional assessment measuring your emotional intelligence, leadership strengths, and developmental opportunities. You’ll receive a personalized report that we will debrief during your first coaching session.
Written Session Recaps & Action Steps
After every session, you’ll receive a written summary highlighting key insights, action steps, leadership behaviors, and tools recommended to support your development. This keeps your progress clear and grounded.
Access to the Executive Intelligence Vault, an AI thinking partner for analyzing leadership challenges and exploring strategic decisions 24/7.
Private Client Portal
You will receive access to a secure, confidential client portal housing session summaries, action plans,
