What Participants Receive Inside the CohortLeadership today requires more than experience or technical skill. Many capable professionals reach a
point in their careers where the expectations of leadership expand, but the internal confidence and
strategic clarity needed to navigate those expectations do not always grow at the same pace.
The C.O.D.E. of Confidence™ Executive Cohort was designed to close that gap. This program is
created for experienced professionals navigating the increasing complexity of leadership who are ready
to strengthen how they show up, communicate, and lead in high-impact environments.
Participants in this cohort are often already successful in their careers, but they recognize that the next
level of leadership requires deeper clarity, stronger executive presence, and greater confidence in
high-stakes moments.
Our Mission
What leaders Experience During the 12-Week CohortThis 12-week cohort goes beyond traditional leadership training. Instead of focusing only on
surface-level skills, the program helps leaders strengthen the connection between identity, confidence,
and leadership behavior. Through structured lessons, real-world leadership scenarios, and live
coaching conversations, participants develop the clarity and strategic confidence needed to lead
effectively in complex environments.

• 60-minute live executive coaching sessions each week focused on real leadership scenarios and
decision-making.
• Monthly office hours providing additional access to coaching support and answers to leadership
challenges outside of regular sessions.
• Access to a private leadership portal that houses resources, frameworks, worksheets, and
leadership development tools.
• An AI 'Thinking Partner' tool designed to help participants process leadership challenges, refine
thinking, and explore strategic decisions.
• An exclusive peer community of professionals navigating similar leadership pressures and growth
opportunities.
• Practical leadership exercises that translate directly into workplace conversations, decisions, and
team leadership.
Throughout the program, leaders apply the C.O.D.E. of Confidence™ framework Clarity,
Opportunity, Development, and Execution to strengthen how they think, communicate, and lead.
Participants learn how to identify the real leadership challenges beneath the surface, recognize
opportunities for growth within pressure, shift internal leadership patterns, and take calibrated action
aligned with executive positioning.
